Why is my xbox profile deleted every time I turn the xbox on?
Every time I turn my xbox on my profile is gone. I look at my memory and it doesn't say that my profile is corrupted. In fact, my profile is not even there. I have to recover my gamertag every time I turn my xbox on and even if I'm offline my profile is gone. Is there something wrong with my hard drive or is it something else? Also, when I recover my gamertag it's not shown on my hard drive. Has this happened to anyone else and knows what to do to fix it?I have 1.9 GB left, and it's the older white xbox 360 version with the external hard drive.

I downloaded SR2 on xbox on-demand and it gets to 1% then says "Cant be downloaded" fix?
Okay, heres what happened.FIRST OF ALL, I DO NOT WANT TO CONTACT MS UNLESS REALLY NEEDED AND BY EMAIL ONLY.Okay Hi This morning I downloaded SR2 with 1600 MS Points, not with a credit card. I left 5 mins to go get a beverage downstairs, and found out that the bar was still on 1 %, so I was like " ah, what the heck Its a 7 GB download, i can expect it" so I waited 10 more minutes. I came back to find out the xbox download menu emptied, and said " SR2 Cant Be Downloaded." . Now I just assumingly wasted 1600 points, AKA $20 ,which I CANNOT get again. So, I downloaded 3 MROE TIMES, and one the last time I sat and watched teh whole time, and found out it happens at the end of 1 %, and totally shuts down the download. My xbox was on, yes I do have the background download features on, but like that does not matter. Help? If i HAVE to use MS support, email only. PLEASE LIST MS SUPPORT EMAIL AT BOTTOM. used MS Points Will not get more points Do not have credit cardHelp?10 points. DAlso, trivia, what is capital of Peru?In USA
