How can I fix my xbox network connection?
I'll be playing MW 2 and my connection will be fine. Then all of a sudden it will start to lag and then kick me from the game. It says disconnected from the host. I have a wired connection and I used to have a great connection with no problem until about a week ago. I have already tried turning off my modem and router and it didn't help. Does anyone know what I can do to try to fix this?

Games lag using my xbox network wireless adapter?
Games lag using the adapter that i've had for 2 years, Now it won't work games would lag and also the downloading speed cuts down really bad. I checked my network settings showing it has a strong signal with four bars green showing. I don't know why it lags when it shows i have a great signal.
