Why wont my laptop give my xbox internet!? DESPERATE FOR ANSWERS!?
Ok heres my issue. I connect to the internet using a free wireless connection in the city. My desk top uses this connection. I want to take that connection from my desk top and use the ethernet port to connect to my xbox. and play xbox live. it worked before and now after i went to get my laptop fixed because of a virus everything had to be reset of my hard drive. i didnt change anything before and now i dnt kno wuts wrong? everytime i test my connection it says it cannot find a ip address from a router or modem but i dont have either...when i set my ip settings, subnet mask, etc manually it says it cant connect using a static ip adress. i have internet connection sharing on and allowed media sharing. i have tried opening a port through my firewall but i have no idea how...could that be the problem.....PLEASE HELP i need modern warfare

hey, I have a ps3 and an xbox 360 in my basement. Now the ps3 has a built in wifi receiver, but i don't have a wireless adapter for my xbox.I was just wondering if it's possible to use the ps3 as like a bridge, and connect my xbox to it somehow to get internet since it would save me 50 bucks.Thanks

well my question is that when i go to all my friends houses on modern warfare 2 they find games instantly. they usually get like 25 49 games everytime. on my console at home i am barely even finding 1 i hope some 1 no's what the prob is ty.
