My xbox harddrive cant be read?? what do i do?
i call the xbox support but thats 4 rrod so thats out.and when i boot my xbox the screen frezes on the xbox boot screen.but when i take my hard drive out it works. what do i do all my game add ons were on it ps i tried this on other consoles
Why wont my xbox harddrive let me use all of its memory?
so ya like 9 months ago i got a 20 gig hardrive for my xbox. when i put it i emptyed it but it still said only 16 gigs were free. so i spent about 30 minutes trying to find a way to get it to all the way empty. i got sick of trying so i just forgot about it. it really hasnt gotten in the way until today when i got a bunch of microsoft points and tried to download a few map packs. my xbox said my harddrive was full and i couldnt download them... i deleted one of my installed games to make room but i like it better when my xbox is quiet so i'd like to if there is a way to completely wipe my hardrive and maybe fix the problem. so if u know a way to fix this please help.

dont you have to pop the disk in anyway so it can read that you have the game or something? so whats the point of it?

I have my brothers old xbox and don't really have disc games, only iso's and was wondering if this was a possibility of doing that? Everywhere I've check online has no clear information as to whether or not it's possible. I know of the modchips but not if I would need that to do this, but id there any way, or several ways perhaps where I could put the xbox iso's on the harddrive.
