i have tried all suggestions online. i have talked to the argoinan bartender and she says nothing about the quest. same as delphine. then when i talk to bryinoff he says he has important things to do. ive found esbern in the ratway vaults but he doesnt let me in. not sure if it matters but i have joined the theives guild and have completed the nighting gales and all those quests.i have completed the quest. i was playing for a long time after the quest and thought the new quest would appear but it never did. and i have talked to delphine back in riverwood but its the same thing. i even connected to xbox live hoping an update would fix the problem but i guess the creators of the game havent figured out its glitched. any more suggestions?

If I have two Xbox 360 consoles and both have their own gamer tag, if one of them had Elder Scrolls Oblivion and also had the shivering isles, if that gamer tag was to sign in on the other Xbox, would it be possible for that gamer tag to download shivering isles onto the other console and have the other gamer tag play it without buying it on two different gamer tags?If it helps at all, what I'm trying to do is get the achievements for the shivering isles on both gamer tags...Oh and I should probably say that the reason I need to know this is because I do infact have two gamer tags but the first console was returned a while back due to a red ring of death... I know this makes the question sound weird but I really need to know.
