I'm 17 but playstation website says I can't view rated M games?
I live in the U.S. and when I go to the playstation website to view games it says my age isn't appropriate, i'm 17 and I'm pretty sure the age to view buy rated M games is 17 , whats going on here?

i need some info about ps3.i read on playstation website that it support mkv and m2ts format.but some people say that it does not play mkv file and we have to convert it using mkvtovob to play on ps3.and my second question is that i have 500gb external harddrive and i have downloaded full bluray movies 35 to 40gb .if i connect my connect my external hdd through usb to ps3 will it play bluray files?
